Administrative Head

As the front office of the company, I'm an extroverted individual who is detail-oriented and loves collaborating with others. I'm quite flexible in my approach to work and find motivation through both my passion and the financial rewards that come with completing tasks. Balancing work and personal life is important to me, and I rely on self-motivation to prioritize my tasks, tackling the most urgent ones first. 

 I seize every opportunity to put my beliefs into practice. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE), which has influenced my creative work through strategic thinking. I gained vast knowledge and skills applicable to my creative work, especially in understanding that information is vast. When I'm not working, I love exploring my hobbies and interests, such as traveling. 

Design Architect

I am an architect who is detail-oriented and always focuses on the bigger picture. Although I work well independently, I understand the importance of collaboration in our field and am willing to adjust and adapt as needed. To stay motivated and inspired, I enjoy listening to creative podcasts and engaging in activities that make me happy outside of work. When I'm not designing, I'm a fan of Formula 1 and can be found enjoying a cup of coffee at my favorite shop. Overall, my personality traits, work ethic, creative vision, ethics, principles, and tertiary education background shape who I am as an architectural designer, with a mission to design with respect for the environment and make a positive impact on the world. 

Project and Specifications Architect

  An Architect who thrives on attention to detail, believing in the importance of a comprehensive view. Collaborative work energizes me, and my flexible approach allows for adaptability in all situations. Motivation stems from clear goals and celebrating achievements, with setbacks seen as opportunities for growth. 

Balancing work and personal life is essential, achieved through boundary-setting and time management. I prioritize respect, honesty, and integrity in my work, ensuring alignment with personal values. With a bachelor's degree in Architecture, my education forms the foundation of my design principles and proficiency in architectural tools. 

Outside of work, I unwind with hobbies like movie-watching and sewing, finding relaxation and inspiration in these activities.

Technical Coordinator

As an outgoing and collaborative architectural designer, I always keep the big picture in mind while focusing on the details that make a project truly exceptional. I believe in a flexible approach to work and stay motivated by staying positive and praying for guidance. With a Bachelor's degree from Cebu Technological University, I honed my skills through apprenticeships with top architects and supervisors. When I'm not designing buildings, I'm spending quality time with my family, shooting hoops, exploring the great outdoors, sketching, watching movies, or playing a game or two online. 

Senior Architectural Apprentice

I am a curious individual drawn by Architecture. I usually consider myself a mixture of an introvert and an extrovert being independently and collaboratively engaged. The opportunity to discover and the ability to grow influences me to continue moving forward. I visualize and seek an environment that realizes success not only personally but also together just like how I like to cycle outdoors with personal and peer satisfaction.

Every day is different, the moments we have is a mystery where people and buildings naturally play. Architecture for me is something that matters for today, tomorrow, and even for yesterday as life is constantly an adventure meant to be enjoyed and regarded with high importance.

Senior Architectural Apprentice

I like working alone, but I adapt since I enjoy learning with new people especially in architecture. I believe that process is just as important as the final product, though the method is crucial. To learn working with grace under pressure is my goal and to overcome obstacles because giving up and being pessimistic won’t get me where I want to be and I make sure to be honest and ethical along the process. Graduating from a state university makes me want to continue to learn and grow to be worthy to be one of the chosen few to a certain school and company. 

Outside work, I love spending time with my loved ones, strolling since learning the outside world amazes me and calms me especially in exhausting times.

I am an introvert, but I prefer to work with others because it brings out a diverse range of perspectives, which enhances creativity and innovative solutions. I balance my work and personal life by prioritizing important tasks and taking regular breaks to manage stress and prevent burnout. My personal experiences provide inspiration that helps me develop designs with deeper meaning. Honesty and integrity are essential to my professional approach, as they build trust and ensure clear communication with clients and colleagues. 

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, and outside of work, I enjoy reading manga and novels, playing online games like Mobile Legends and Love and Deepspace, spending time with my pet birds, and I also play my flute, which adds a creative touch to my routine.

I'm an introverted architectural designer passionate about innovative, sustainable designs. I focus on the big picture and thrive in collaborative environments. I stay motivated by viewing completed projects online, brainstorming solutions with my team, and balancing work and personal life through strict time management. 

My goal is to design sustainable, visually pleasing designs that exceed client expectations. Inspired by well-executed projects, I seek new ideas through team collaboration. I prioritize honesty, integrity, and safety, ensuring my designs align with my values. Driven by efficiency and innovation, I aim to impact better housing for the poor. I hold a BSc in Architecture and enjoy movies, art drawing, and watching streams.

Guided by principles of honesty, integrity, and environmental responsibility, I value perseverance and openness to constructive suggestions. My architectural education has reinforced these values. Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies and exploring new design ideas through various digital platforms.

I am an introverted yet collaborative individual with a detail-oriented mindset and a flexible approach to work. With a degree in BS Architecture, I’ve developed strong design thinking, technical skills, and a structured creative process. I’m inspired by real-life experiences and the desire to create thoughtful, functional spaces that respond to people’s needs. I stay motivated by setting achievable goals and finding balance through planning, rest, and quality time. I value honesty, empathy, and integrity, and I ensure my work reflects these principles. I see challenges as learning opportunities and approach problem-solving with research and experimentation. Outside of work, I enjoy watercolor painting, jamming to music, and watching movies that keep me inspired and grounded in creativity.

I appreciate that my communication style is empathic and although I struggle being an introvert to certain people, I strive to excel as a team member. I appreciate the focus and flexibility that comes intuitively to me. I appreciate that my work motivates me and that I can draw inspiration from thinking about my family’s long-term support, as well as my future aspirations as a successful architect. I appreciate my healthy work-life balance, which I have achieved through effective planning and prioritization. I appreciate my creativity, as I draw inspiration on a range of topics from the emotional impacts of spaces and nature, as well as human experiences. As a fresh graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture it have made a huge impact in creating new designs and aspirations that I can be curious and the research I deeply care about is done in a collaborative space. I appreciate problem-solving that is done through novel, forward thinking. When I am not working, I tend to read novels, listening to music and watch horror movies analyzing what could be the plot twists within each scenes.
